While we will make every effort to ensure that your frozen food leaves the store frozen and stays frozen through delivery, we cannot guarantee any parcels under 5kg.

The mice came in a small bag, well packaged. Easy to store. It came as quickly as it could. They said frozen packages are shipped out on specific days and take two days to arrive. I ordered on a Friday and based on holidays and the days they ship; I assumed it wouldn’t arrive until the following Friday. I received a text just after the holiday and it arrived the next morning a day earlier than anticipated.
